Losing weight


I have started an exercise program in the hope of losing 22 pounds.

Current weight-157
goal weight- 135
I will keep weekly tabs on here as to what I did each day in the form of exercise and If I ate healthy or not:} I hope you all keep me motivated. If I skip a day or 2 please feel free to write and say hey why didn't you exercise???

For now my program is the biggest loser cardio max work out 5 days a week. I'm also going to be starting a sit up work out. Wish me luck!

I have lost 8 pounds since November:}
The week of -March, 17th to March,23rd
Monday-I worked out to the biggest loser level 2 work out. I did eat good today:}
Tuesday- I worked out to biggest loser level 2 and 3 YES! I also did one real push up. I know sounds weak but last week this was not possible. I did it YES! Great workout today.
Wednesday- I worked out to the biggest loser level 1 and two and three I was almost finished with the 3rd when Katie began to scream. I almost did it all! I also did 5 push ups!!!!!
Thursday- I worked out to the biggest loser level 1 and two.
Friday- I worked out at the gym for 35min I would have stayed longer but I took Katie and she decided she was not going to just sit in her car seat:}
Saturday- Lots of yard work almost all day in fact!
