My 28th birthday.

Today was slightly depressing. Its scary getting older, really scary. I've been told that the upper 30s are the best years so I'm holding onto that. I told my self last year that I would be 20 pounds lighter and allot more happy about my body image. Here I sit a year later just as fat and that's the depressing part. I know one day when all the kids are in school I'll have a little more time to focus on me and exercise. Until then I'm trying to be content with the way I look today. I feel so old even though I'm only 28 perhaps its because I became a mom so young that I feel older than I should. Anyway I had a great birthday with my family, couldn't of asked for more.:}
