I was sick on Mon and Tue so I will make it up by working out 5 days straight.
Wed- biggest loser workout level 1 and 2
Thur- biggest loser workout level 2 and 3 and a 30 min ab workout by tony little, you can do it!!
Fri- biggest loser level 2 and 3 and 20 min ab work out.
Sat- biggest loser level 1 and 2
Sun- none I'm a bad girl
On Monday I will give an update on working out eating and my weight loss.
